The BARON RR40 rim is a clincher and tubeless-ready carbon rim for disc brakes, designed for leisure and competition road use, versatile on all types of road. Its 1.5mm asymmetrical profile opens up the spokes brace angle, increasing the wheel's lateral stiffness and stability without adding weight. The spoke tensions between the two sides are more balanced, guaranteeing greater wheel durability. The finish is matte UD carbon, a unidirectional carbon with no visible pattern. Weight: 420g. Only available in 24 holes. The 22mm internal width gives more volume to the tires, improving comfort and grip without sacrificing performance. Recommended tire widths are from 25mm to 32mm, tubeless or tubetype. However, the rim can accommodate tires from 25mm 1.00" to 53mm 2.10" cross-section. Tubeless-compatible rim (UST system, Tubeless Ready). Requires rim tape and tubeless valve. Use of tubes is still possible. (tire+inner tube).
