Preparation times:
Sets of wheels: all wheels assembled à la carte have a lead time that may vary according to workload and the supply of spare parts. The lead time is announced on each wheel page.
All other products are shipped within 24 hours if in stock. The availability date is indicated on each product page.
Cut spokes require a production time of between 1 and 3 days.
Transport times can vary from 1 day (Chronopost) to 6 days (Mondial Relay).
We ship orders very quickly, and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Delivery in FRANCE:
Sets of wheels: Chronopost 24H home delivery or Chrono Relays depending on the customer's choice. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the items. For each shipment, the tracking number is sent to you automatically.
Example: from €11.90 Chrono Relays, €16 Chronopost 24h home delivery, rates may vary according to destination and weight.
Other products: shipment via Mondial Relay, Chrono Relays 24H or Chronopost Home 24H depending on customer choice. Shipping costs depend on item weight. For each shipment, the tracking number is sent to you automatically.
For example, parcels weighing less than 1kg, such as valves, tape, etc., will be charged between €4.99 and €5.49 by Mondial Relay, €9.50 by Chrono Relay and €13.60 by Chronopost Home.
Delivery in EUROPE and International:
Sets of wheels: dispatch via Chronopost 24H or Colissimo depending on customer choice.
Other products: shipment via Mondial Relay (only Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal) or Chronopost 24H or Colissimo for all countries according to customer choice.
Shipping costs depend on item weight. For each shipment, the tracking number is automatically sent to you. Shipments are sent by recorded delivery (signature on receipt). Delivery time varies from 3 to 15 days depending on destination. We ship orders very quickly and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Delivery in USA and Canada:
We do not ship to North America.
