Its 36 mm profile brings a measurable aerodynamic advantage and improves directional stability at high speed, while preserving the lively, reactive character that defines the Strada family.
Born from the SLR5 process – the road adaptation of our benchmark SLS5 MTB technology – Strada 36 combines Toray T1100 fibres, aerospace-grade resin and an ultra-precise layup to deliver a class-leading ratio of weight, stiffness and reliability.
DRC (Dynamic Response Comfort) ensures optimal vibration damping and smoother power transfer, helping you maintain an efficient pace over long distances without losing control.
Moulded spoke holes (SpokeCore) guarantee superior structural homogeneity. The asymmetric lacing (Offset) further balances spoke tension between both sides of the wheel, increasing lateral stiffness and long-term reliability without adding weight – the wheel tracks straighter, even when the road gets rough or the pace goes up.
With its 25 mm internal width, it offers an optimal tyre volume for modern sections – especially with a 30 mm tyre – allowing you to run lower pressures for more grip and comfort, without sacrificing efficiency.
