The Baccara RX rims represent the latest generation of DUKE "ALL ROAD" carbon wheels, lighter and stronger for faster riding.
They are suitable for both Road and Gravel use, thanks in particular to their 25mm internal width, which guarantees good versatility.
They benefit from our latest SLR2 manufacturing technology, which combines comfort, lightness and strength: our "MAGIC MIX":

- EXTREME COMFORT thanks to the use of specific resins and processes to filter out some of the vibrations
- ULTRA-LIGHT rim with a new lay-up and a new combination of fibers enabling a weight reduction of 50g compared to a conventional lay-up.
- FIREPROOF STRENGTH thanks to our shock-absorbing resin The range of rim profiles (27, 36, 42, 48 and 56mm) gives you a wide choice to suit your needs.

Aerodynamics have not been forgotten, with a reworked profile to improve air penetration and stability in all wind conditions, essential for performance.
The rim retains the use of hooks to ensure safety above all else, whatever tire is used.
Its unique VFP gloss finish is scratch-resistant and more environmentally friendly.
The asymmetrical profile balances the tension between the two sides of spokes, ensuring greater durability and wheel stability.
While the 25mm width between hooks gives a tire greater volume, improving comfort and grip without sacrificing performance.
Recommended tire widths are 28mm to 2.40".
The best aerodynamics are obtained with 30mm tires.
Rims are tubeless or tubetype with inner tubes compatible.

Crash replacement

We offer a crash replacement programme for carbon wheels. In case of accidents or heavy falls, violent shocks can damage your rim and make it impossible to use. With our Crash Replacement offer we offer you a service that allows you to replace your rim under special conditions: You get a 50 percent discount on the price of the rim (UD SLS carbon) 40 percent (3k Carbon), as well as the parts and the disassembly/reassembly. This offer is valid (for life) for an unlimited period of time for DUKE carbon rims and is transferable in the event of sale of the wheels to a third party.

Sapim Spokes

Sapim is THE brand of spokes, made in Belgium since 1918. Several models of spokes are available, within the limits of compatibility with the practice and the chosen rim:

Sapim CX-Ray: flat spoke, very light, durable, aero and very dynamic (309g / 64 pcs / 292mm)
Sapim CX-Sprint: Flat spoke identical to the CX-Ray but thicker for even more rigidity (373g / 64pcs / 292mm)
Sapim D-Light: round spoke, light and durable, with a 1.65mm diameter central part, good value for money (344g / 64 pcs / 292mm)
Sapim Race: round, sturdy and rigid spoke with a 1.8mm diameter central part (408g / 64 pcs / 292mm)

Nipples

Aluminium nipples with locking thread, available in 16 colours: black, red, silver, metal grey, blue, aqua blue, gold, light gold, dark green, mint syrup green, lime green, lilac, pink, fuchsia pink, orange and oil slick.

Accessories

The wheels are delivered assembled with valves and rim tape fitted, four spare spokes and nipples and an assembly certificate.
