Available for disc brakes. The rim holes are off-centered (2mm offset), which allows to close more the spokes umbrella. This makes the rim more stable and increases the lateral stiffness of the wheel. The spoke tensions between the two layers are more balanced, which guarantees a better durability of the wheel.
