SPEED DRIVER FOR DOUBLE SQUARE NIPPLES BSCTOOLS
For Double Square and Enve spoke nipples
- this has 90mm usable depth for deep rims. (We have a shorter version, the DS-1S for use with shallower rims which will give more control)
For quick and easy wheel building, the DS-1 installs spoke nipples to the same depth. Simply adjust desired tip length with the set screw.
For use with an electric drill or a screwdriver - standard screwdriver bit 1/4" hex shank (6.35mm).
The hex will prevent the bit spinning when used with a drill.

- Recessed set screw to avoid catching on your rim
- Adjustable tip with supplied insert, suitable for all nipple lengths
- 1.6mm insert has machined flat for secure grip with set screw
- 1.6mm insert also has a rounded tip to locate easily in spoke nipples
- 50mm or 90mm long, 6mm diameter shaft for use in shallow rims
- 75mm or 115mm total length - 25mm ¼ “ hex length for use in drills
- Material: stainless steel for all parts
