Innolite Designs Disc brake rotor (36g in 140mm, 45g in 160mm) is designed for MTB XC using, with a maximum drivers weight below 80kg (plus bicycle weight: 11kg).

The rotor must be mounted with the writing ''Innolite'' outside.
The rotor must be mounted with 6 bolts, fewer bolts might increase risk for collaps with personal injury as result. The rotor is made of aluminium coated with a ceram that is very wear resistant. Innolite Design recomended mineral brake pad material.However, it's very important to NOT use brake pads that has worn out, because it will damage the ceramic surface with permanent reduced brake power as result.
The rotor should be handled with care and not be exposed for lateral (side forces) forces or bending.
Innolite Design recomend organic brake pads. For best brake power result, new brake pads should be mounted together with the rotor. The brake power will normally increase with time and reach maximal efficiency after about 2-3 hours normal cross country driving. Therefor, it's not recommended to start a MTB race with brand new rotor/brake pads.
