ASSEMBLY IN FRANCE
All the wheels available on JPRACINGBIKE1 are assembled by hand in our offices in Vendée, France. This allows us to guarantee you a high precision and high quality assembly with optimized balancing of the spoke tensions. All this to offer you the most reliable wheels as possible.

TUNE Mig70 and Mag170 Hubs
Tune hubs are almost 100% manufactured in their premises in Germany. Only the anodization is subcontracted in the neighboring town. Everything else is machined, engraved and then assembled internally. Pour plus d'infos:

SAPIM SPOKES
Sapim has been producing spokes and nipples of the highest quality for over 90 years. From the beginning, maintaining a close relationship with customers has always been of the greatest importance for Sapim. You have the choice between 2 models:
--> Sapim CX-Ray (309g / 64 pcs / 292 mm)
--> Sapim D-Light (344g / 64 pcs / 292 mm)

NIPPLES
Sapim Polyax Alu 14mm. Colors of your choice : black, red, silver, blue, gold, dark green, light green, purple, orange.
--> Sapim aluminium nipples
--> Sapim brass nipples (on request by completing the "Personnalisation" section)

ACCESSORIES
The wheel comes with DUKE tubeless valve black or red super light anodized (red in the limit of a rim of less than 35mm profile height), adhesive bottom rim set (for Tubeless compatible wheels), 2x spokes and spare nuts. In order to complete your wheels, possibility of decoration: pearly white, phantom black or customized stickers.
